Claude Moore

Claude Henry Moore was born on February 14, 1927, in Ramah, Colorado. He passed away peacefully in his home late Saturday night on August 1, 2020, at the age of 93.  He was surrounded by his family when he went to be with the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Pearl Moore; his five siblings; and by his beloved wife of 68 years, Lucille Moore.
His memory will live on with his sister, Betty Holden, and his three children, Michael (Carolyn) Moore, Bill Moore, and Susan (Curt) Woolsey.  He has left many memories and lifelong lessons with his five grandchildren, Katy, Matthew, Sheri, Anna, and Allie; and his seven great-grandchildren, Sydney, Luke, Kealy, Brady, Wyatt, Isaac, and Ezekiel.
Claude will forever be remembered as an honest, wise, and Godly man. In his own words, the most important lessons he had learned in life were to be gentle with others, to be honest, to look on the brighter side of things, to be ready to help in any way he could and to love those around him, especially his family. The people that we're blessed to cross paths with Claude most definitely felt his love and his faith in Jesus Christ.
A Celebration of Life service was held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 6, 2020, at Mountain View Christian Church, Mountain View, Missouri with Pastors Eric Tripp and Brad Strosnider officiating, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View. Inurnment was in Mount Olive Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri.  Memorial contributions can be made to the Pastors Doctorate Scholarship fund.  Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
