Gloria Virginia (Fleetway) Tidwell, a resident of Dallas, TX, went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 26, 2021, due to natural causes. She was born March 14, 1941, in Rogersville, TN to Fred and Helen (Wells) Fleetway. She was 80 years old.
Gloria grew up in Lake Worth, FL where she enjoyed riding and raising registered quarter horses. She moved to Willow Springs, MO in 1975 where she lived for more than 40 years. Her Christian faith led her to be part of 2 churches: Dry Creek General Baptist and the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
Gloria was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her sister, Faye Silcox of Ocala, FL; two sons: Jimmy Tidwell of Dallas, TX and Charles Tidwell of Lebanon, MO; and daughter-in-law, Christale Tidwell. She is further survived by 4 grandchildren: Kyliee Huddleston, Kaiden Tidwell, Jadzia Tidwell, and Natalia Tidwell, all of whom were very special to her.
A graveside service for Gloria will be held on Thursday, September 9 at 10:00 A.M. at the Dry Creek Cemetery with Pastor Brett Randall officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Willow Funeral Home, LLC. Online condolences may be left at www.willowspringsfuneralhome.com
