Joyce Nadine House

Funeral services for (Joyce) Nadine House, 93, of Willow Springs, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, in the Langston Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home in West Plains, Missouri. Mrs. House passed away Wednesday morning, January 18, 2023.
Mrs. House was born near Tecumseh, Missouri on June 30, 1929, to A.A. and Nova Pleasant. She was joined in marriage to (Raymond) Mose House at Mountain Home, Arkansas, on August 20, 1949. They spent the majority of their married life in Willow Springs, Missouri, where they enjoyed raising their two sons, Reggie and Mark. She was employed as an executive secretary at Willow Springs Schools, Rawlings, and West Plains Schools. She had a special passion for her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cooking, and the St. Louis Cardinals. She was a member of the Curry Street Church of Christ in West Plains.
Mrs. House is survived by her son, Reggie and wife, Danette, of West Plains, Missouri, son, Mark and wife, Marian, of Nixa, Missouri; three grandchildren, Suzanna Kimes and husband, Chris, of West Plains, and Cameron and Brady House of Nixa; two great-grandchildren, Ainsley and Brenna Kimes of West Plains; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mose House, parents, A.A. and Nova Pleasant, brother, Earl Junior Pleasant, and sister, Jo Rich.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday, January 25, from 1:00-2:00 PM at the Langston Chapel of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home in West Plains, Missouri. Services will be held at 2:00 with interment immediately following at Howell Memorial Park Cemetery in Pomona, Missouri. Memorial contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made to Fair Haven Children's Home or St. Jude Children's Hospital and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 West Main, West Plains, MO 65775.
