Linda Sue (Vance) Martin

Linda Sue Martin 73, of Mountain View, Missouri parted this life to join her heavenly father on Sunday, August 02, 2020, from her home in Mountain View, Missouri. She was born on December 24, 1946, in Mountain View, Missouri, the daughter of Glen Okley Vance, Sr. and Edith Leona (Fisher) Vance.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Glen Okley Vance, Sr. and Edith Leona Vance; brothers, Glen O. Vance, Jr., and Donald E. Vance; and infant sister, Ruby Louise Vance.

Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Price, and husband, Vince; grandchildren, Katrina Wilson and partner, Dana, Douglas Patterson, Tiffany Martin and husband, Rodney, and Jacob Patterson; great-grandchildren, Sarah-lyn, Tamrin, Kolton, Trinity, and Graysi; brother, Charles Ray Vance, Sr. and wife, Sue; sister-in-law, Faye Vance; several nieces and nephews; and cousin, prayer warrior, sister of the Lord and best friend, Shirley Mae Wake and family.

Linda enjoyed attending church, visiting with friends and family, the outdoors, and her beloved dog, Fancy.  She loved reading devotionals, bible studies, and helping those in need. She dedicated her entire life to taking care of others.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020, at Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View with Pastor Donald Fisher officiating. Visitation was at 12:00 p.m. prior to the service.
