Graveside services for Mary Francis Collins, 86, Caulfield, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 2, at Elijah Cemetery, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mary passed away peacefully surrounded by family Saturday, June 27, 2026 at NHC of West Plains. She was born July 28, 1939 in Ozark County Missouri to the late James Ezra and Margrett Jane Owen. On August 7, 1954 she married lval Wendell Collins, in Howell County Missouri. She was of the Church of Christ faith. Mary Francis was a beloved wife, mother, grandma, great-grandma, great-great-grandma, aunt, sister, cousin and friend in which she placed her family before herself and above all others. She lived and worked in Missouri her entire life and anyone who met her became family. She loved everyone. That was her heart and resolve that she instilled into all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Galen Collins and wife, Margaret, Caulfield, Missouri; daughters, Teresa Goodpasture, Flippin, Arkansas and Terena Hudson and husband, Lionel, Caulfield, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Terry Collins, Caulfield, Missouri; sisters-in-law Darlene Owen, Springfield, Missouri, Deloris Owen, Ozark, Missouri, Harrietta Collins, Bakersfield, Missouri; and special family friends, Dorothy Stigall and Shirley Prock, Mountain Grove, Missouri; Grandma Mary cherished all who knew her, especially her fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; along with many children in the community who affectionately called her Grandma Mary.
Along with her parents and husband, one son, Morgan Collins, one son-in-law Paul Goodpasture, four sisters, Omega Howard, Etta Young, Burdella Davis, Janice Sikes, 3 brothers, Richard Owen, James Owen, infant brother William Owen, eleven brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, several nieces and nephews preceded her in death.
