MYRTLE MARIE HALE

Myrtle Marie Hale, formerly a resident of Vanzant, MO, passed away on October 7, 2021, in Elizabeth, AR. She was born July 5th, 1940, to George and Chloe (Brown) Worley in Marshall, Arkansas. She was 81 years old.
She married Martin Glen Hale in Willow Springs, MO. They were married 57 years. Myrtle was a homemaker and logger, working side by side with her husband. She was a kind soul with a youthful spirit who loved her children and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. We will miss you dearly.
She is survived by her son David Hale and his wife, Jennifer of Elizabeth, AR; daughter Sally Williams of Jonesboro, AR; son-in-law Walter Barnard of Owasso, OK; sister Rose; brother James and his wife Jean; 9 precious grandchildren; 6 beautiful great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glen, her daughter Barbara Barnard, brothers: Buster, Doc, Dale, Robert, Jimmie and sisters Mary and Louise. We love you deeply Mom and you will be dearly missed until we meet up again.

Visitation for Myrtle will be held on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 at First General Baptist Church in Willow Springs. The funeral service will immediately follow with Pastor Scott Williamson officiating. Interment will be held at Dry Creek Cemetery in Pomona.
