Norene Davis Lovan

Norene Davis Lovan, 96, passed away on June 14, 2026. She was born in Willow Springs, Missouri on April 3, 1930.  She moved to California with her husband Raymon and three children in 1960.  She was employed as a tax examiner and customer service employee for the IRS for 22 years.

 

Norene’s inner strength and the ability to accept and manage any challenge life sent her way were her most admired qualities.

 

She is survived by two grandsons, Michael Lovan and Matthew Lovan. 

 

She was preceded in death by her husband Raymon Lovan, daughters Phyllis Jura and Murlene Garcia, son Donald Ray Lovan, and granddaughter Michelle Beruman.

 

Graveside services will be held on June 30, at 10:00 at the Clovis Cemetery District.
