Patricia Ann (McMullin) Gastineau

Patricia Ann (McMullin) Gastineau was born October 23, 1940, to Lester Kenneth Jay and Lillian Cordelia (Barnett) McMullin. She departed this life on July 28, 2022, at the age of 81. 

On August 20, 1961, Pat was united in marriage to Billy Eugene Gastineau. To this union four children were born.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband, Bill, parents, and grandparents.

She is survived by her four children, Paula and Chris Thompson of Pleasant Hope, MO, Carla Pekarek and Gaylen Foster of Mountain View, MO, Steven and Missy Gastineau of Koshkonong, MO, and Darla and Junior Hood of West Plains, MO; eight grandchildren, Gary Gastineau and Aleisha Stephens of Mountain View, MO, Aaron Stark of Colorado Springs, CO, Austin Pekarek of Springfield, MO, Brandon Hood of West Plains, MO, Sharee Gastineau of Springfield, MO, Brooke Hood of West Plains, MO, Adriane Gastineau of Koshkonong, MO, and Brianna Gastineau, Koshkonong, MO; and four great-grandchildren, Taylor, Harper, Henlee, and Ryan Gastineau all of Mountain View, MO.

Pat attended Summersville School and graduated from Summersville High School in 1958.  She worked at Angelica Uniform Company for many years and then at Bay Creek.

Pat was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Mountain View. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and embroidery work, making many items for her children, grandchildren and for the community, especially for the Newborns in Need.  

Graveside services were held August 3, at Greenlawn Cemetery, Mountain View, Missouri, with Diane Cook officiating, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Mountain View. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
