Sylvia Nadine Lippert

Sylvia Nadine Lippert was born on October 20, 1944, to Nancy “Emma” Trowbridge and James “Isaac” Lee.  She left this world while resting peacefully in her home, as she wished, surrounded by her family in the early morning hours of February 5, 2021.

Born in a house full of brothers, Sylvia would have to find ways to stand out, and she had no problems doin just that. She was fierce but caring, little but mighty. When only in the sixth grade, she met and started dating the love of her life, Loyd Lippert. They were married on April 26, 1963, and would remain inseparable until she left this earth.

Though her most beloved and highest priority in life was being a wife, mother, and grandma, she had a variety of career paths. She worked at Rawlings, Conway Shoe Factory, Camcorp, and Mountain View Fab, all before becoming a real estate agent. She had a passion for travel, which she did a lot of with her husband, spanning all over the US, and later she enjoyed traveling with her grandkids as well. They enjoyed every summer spent in Marshall, camping and enjoying time spent together. Sylvia’s life revolved around her family, and her love and devotion to them never failed and was never doubted. She enjoyed frequent BBQs, holiday celebrations, and any chance to have a family gathering, even if that meant she was getting thrown in the creek on the 4th of July. She was a devout wife, loving mother, and the best grandma you could ask for. Her unconditional love for her family is what she will be remembered by most. She will be missed dearly but will live on in our hearts and memories forever.

She is survived by her husband, Loyd Lippert; daughters, Debbie Sanders and Tana Wood (Lee Wood); brothers, Glyndon Lee (Lily Lee) and Wayne Chenoweth; grandkids, Brandi Lawson, Amy Lawson, Lekisha Tanakatsubo (Jaclyn Huddleston), and Ian Sanders (Kenzie Taylor); and all of her great-grandchildren, Lilith, Kyle, Gavin, Alexis, Imilie, Kaydence, Alivia, Charlotte, Avery, Aislynn, Isaiah, Isaac, Gabby, Christopher, Carly, and Legend.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Nancy “Emma” Mills; father, James “Isaac” Lee; and her brother, Wimp.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends.  Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Willow Springs, Missouri.  Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com.
