Letter to the Editor

The City of Willow Springs has just finished laying a sidewalk in front of my house on E. 4th St. I wanted the City and the residents of Willow Springs to know what a great job Mr. Kurt Kargel and his men did. Mr. Kargel has such work ethics and integrity, the City of Willow Springs should be proud of such a man working for them.
