Ozarks Healthcare honors employee dedication by awarding dependent scholarships
Ozarks Healthcare is sharing its commitment to supporting the educational aspirations of its employees' dependents through the introduction of its Employee Dependent Scholarship Program. This initiative reflects Ozarks Healthcare’s dedication to nurturing the growth and success of its employees' families and supporting education opportunities for future generations.
"We believe in empowering our employees to achieve personal and professional success, and we understand that supporting their families' educational endeavors is part of this," Tom Keller, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO, said. "By offering these scholarships for dependents of our employees, we hope to alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with higher education and encourage the pursuit of career excellence within our community."
Ozarks Healthcare’s Employee Dependent Scholarship Program aims to recognize and appreciate the hard work, loyalty, and dedication of its exceptional staff members by providing educational opportunities for their children pursuing higher education. This year, seven dependents of employees applied Ozarks Healthcare’s Employee Dependent Scholarship Program and were granted scholarships in the amount of $500.
“At Ozarks Healthcare, we take pride in the level of care we provide to the community, and this scholarship program further demonstrates our health system’s dedication to reciprocating that dedication by investing in the wellness of those in our workforce and their families,” Sammi Radosevich, Inside Track Career Pathways Coordinator, said.
