March 20
Corporal Logan Wake received a stealing report from the Willow Springs area. One suspect is identified. The investigation is open at this time.
Deputy Dakota C. Millard responded to an address in West Plains to serve 96-hour hold order paperwork. He placed the subject in wrist restraints without incident. Upon further investigation, Deputy Millard located a suspected controlled substance on the subject. The suspected controlled substance will be sent to the lab and upon return of the lab results, a probable cause statement may be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office.
Deputy Tessa Jens made contact with a victim who advised that his motorcycle had been stolen from his storage building. 
Deputy D. Millard took a report of stealing from an individual. 
Corporal Seth R. Smith received a call at US Highway 63 for a report of burglary and property damage. He completed a report, and the incident is closed.
March 21
Deputy Jens took a report of a stolen awning from a property on County Road 5800. 
March 22
Deputy Adriel Lisboa responded to a report of an animal bite in the county outside of West Plains. The victim stated that a neighbor’s dog jumped the fence where the animal resides and bit her.
An individual reported to Deputy D. Millard of a misplaced firearm. He entered the firearm into the system as lost or stolen.
Deputy Jason Hamby received a report from County Road 3400, Mountain View of stolen license plates. 
Deputy Hamby spoke with an individual stating they were receiving harassment and threatening statements. This occurred on County Road 4620, West Plains. 
March 24
Cpl. Logan Wake responded to State Route WW in Mountain View for a death investigation. The victim appeared to have sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The investigation is concluded at this time. 
Deputy Michael E. Pauly received a call of trespassing at Private Road 8060 West Plains.
March 25
Deputy Dylan Webb took a report of stolen medication. The reporting party suspected an ex-roommate may have tampered with the medication to cause hardship. 
Corporal Nicholas Bruno responded to County Road 8760 in reference to a subject possibly under the influence and trespassing on private property. When taken into custody, the subject resisted arrest, had a firearm and controlled substance on their person. Cpl. Bruno transported the individual to Howell County Jail for a 24 hour hold pending formal charges.
Deputy Jared Hummel spoke to an individual reporting harassment. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor on two subjects for kidnapping in the third degree. 
Deputy John Thomas took a report of a disturbance on County Road 1770. 
March 26
Cpl. Bruno assisted with a report of a child custody dispute.
Deputy Pauly responded to US Hwy 160 for a report of domestic dispute.
