Deputy Melanie Roam responded to County Road 8110, West Plains for an unruly juvenile.
Undersheriff Justin Riley took a report of possible credit card fraud.
Officer Dylan Webb responded to County Road 8530 for a catalytic converter theft. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputy Michael Pauly received a call for a runaway juvenile at Country Road 4730, Pomona.
April 4
Deputy Talon Millard took a report of property damage on County Road 8580, West Plains. 
Deputy Roam responded to a call on County Road 2010 of a young child with no clothing walking on the road with a large dog. She located the parents and returned the child to their care.
Deputy Adriel Lisboa responded to Silver Springs RV Park for a death investigation.
Deputy T. Millard responded to a call of stealing on Highway 160, Caulfield. He took one suspect into custody. 
April 5
Deputy Dakota Millard assisted the Children’s Division on County Road 6270, West Plains for a report of child abuse. Upon investigation, no child abuse is believed to be taking place. 
Deputy Jordan Collins responded to a residence on State Route K to investigate a report of a suspicious person yelling and breaking glass. After investigation the victim refused to pursue charges. 
Deputy D. Millard assisted an individual with a report of stealing. 
Deputy Collins responded with the Children’s Division to County Road 8110 for a report of a suicidal juvenile. They took the juvenile into protective custody due to threats of self-harm and neglect of adequate healthcare.
April 6
Deputy James Wardrip took a report of domestic assault.
Deputy D. Millard responded to State Route U, Willow Springs, for a report of burglary. Extra patrol will be conducted in the area.
April 7
Deputy First Class Travis D. Weaver assisted an individual with a custody exchange violation. This is an ongoing investigation.
Deputy D. Millard responded to U.S. Highway 60, Mountain View for a report of a domestic assault incident. Upon further investigation, he took one subject into custody for a 12-hour hold for domestic assault. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. 
April 9
Deputy Pauly took a report of a gas drive-off from Junction Hill Snappy Mart. 
While responding to a call, Deputy Pauly observed a subject exposing themselves while standing beside State Route K in full view of the roadway. 
April 10
Deputy Lisboa took a report of a vehicle theft off highway 63 in West Plains.
Deputy Roam took a report of animal neglect on County Road 9640, Koshkonong. The reporting party stated there are two horses and several other animals on the property that appear to be neglected. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputy Webb responded to Terra Street, West Plains for a report of theft from a storage unit in the county.
April 11
Missouri Department of Transportation located a small bag containing Missouri identification. Attempts will be made to return the property.
Deputy Roam took a report of identity theft.
Deputy Lisboa responded to a disturbance off highway 160 in Caulfield.
April 12
Deputy Webb responded to State Route ZZ for a report of domestic disturbance. He located two individuals involved admitting to an altercation. No charges will be pursued and both parties were advised of judicial remedies. 
Deputy Pauly took a report of an assault on County Road 4730, Pomona.
April 13
Deputy Jacob Hamby took a report of trespassing on State Route 142, West Plains.
April 14
Deputy D. Millard took a report of burglary near County Road 3680, Mountain View.
Deputy D. Millard assisted an individual with a child custody violation. The case is under investigation.
Deputy D. Millard received a report of an inmate that assaulted jail staff. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney.
April 15
Deputy Devon Mendenhall responded to a death investigation in Pomona. South Howell County Ambulance staff confirmed the death. 
April 16
Deputy Collins took a report of theft from a business on US Highway 63. The investigation is ongoing.
Deputy D. Millard responded to County Road 1420, Peace Valley for a report of trespassing. The victim had photographs of the suspect. The case is under investigation.
