August 5
Deputy First Class Jared Hummel conducted a traffic stop on Preacher Roe Blvd. near the intersection of U.S. 63 Highway. He took one male into custody for driving while intoxicated.
Deputy Talon Millard received a call of a deceased individual at a residence on County Road 3850 near
Peace Valley. They pronounced the individual dead. This case is considered closed.
Deputy Austin Ryan responded to the area of County Road 2630 in Pomona to meet with Children's Division in reference to allegations made by a juvenile.
Deputy Hunter Ward responded to alleged threats and harassment on State Route AA in Willow Springs. He advised the reporting party of civil remedies. This case will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
August 6
Deputy Ryan responded to the area of Highway 76 in Willow Springs in reference to a four-wheeler being stolen.
Deputy Ryan received notice of a victim reporting a burglary.
Deputy First Class Tessa Jens took a report of a stolen vehicle.
Deputy Avery Stolba responded to a residence on County Road 8240 in West Plains in reference to a verbal domestic and possible suicidal subject. Both parties were separated for the night.
Deputy Shaun Duggins received a report of domestic assault. He identified a subject and placed them on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
August 7
Deputy Ward responded to County Road 4490 for an alleged drug offense. He arrested one subject.
August 8
Deputy First Class Jens took a report at Mercy Hospital for a dog bite.
August 9
Deputy Chancey Hambelton spoke with an individual reporting theft of their identity and a large sum of money. A fraud investigator will handle the investigation.
Cpl. Nicholas Bruno assisted Children’s Division in Pomona.
Corporal Bruno took a report of a missing person last seen in California. This report will be forwarded to the State of California for investigation.

August 10
Deputy Hambelton responded to Private Road 1405 in Peace Valley for property damage.
August 11
Deputy Hambelton responded to County Road 8240 in West Plains for a stolen vehicle and child abuse. A report of the incident will be forwarded to the prosecutor with photos of the child and property damage.
Corporal Bruno responded to a residence on State Route K in reference to a burglary. This case is ongoing.
