Deputy Hunter Ward received notification of a death investigation on County Road 6300 in West Plains. This incident is closed.
Deputy Nicholas Barslow responded to a runaway juvenile in the area of County Road 5110, West Plains.
Deputy Ward received a report of alleged child abuse on County Road 9900 in West Plains. Officers arrested both subjects and placed them on 24-hour holds. This case will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Deputy Barslow responded to a domestic call in the area of County Road 4210, West Plains.
Deputy Tyler Ryan responded to County Road 8680 in West Plains for a burglary call. He took photos and information for a report. This case will be considered pending at this time until further information is obtained.
April 1
Deputy Trenton Roberts responded to State Route K Highway for a report of an assault.
Deputy Kory Taylor responded to the area of County Road 8030 in West Plains in reference to a stealing call.
Deputy Taylor took a report of stealing.
Deputy Taylor received a call for service for a court order violation.
April 2
Deputy Austin Ryan responded to the area of County Road 5010 in reference to a vehicle parked in the roadway.
Deputy Chancey Hambelton responded to County Road 3850 in Peace Valley for a house on fire. He took a report and handed the investigation over to the fire marshal.
Cpl. Nicholas Bruno took a report of a stealing on County Road 1560. He arrested a suspect and transported to the Howell County Jail.
April 3
Deputy First Class Brandon Meachum took a report of a possible court order violation.
April 4
Sergeant Seth Smith received a call for a careless and imprudent driver and a weapons offense. He arrested a suspect, and formal charges will be pending.
Deputy Hambelton took a report of a vehicle theft.
April 6
Corporal Hamby received a call for at County Road 5050 in Willow Springs in regards to a missing or runaway juvenile.
