Corporal Jacob Hamby responded to West US Highway 160 in West Plains in regard to assisting Children's Division. This case is under investigation.
Deputy Hunter Ward took a report of an alleged domestic assault on County Road 3330 in Mountain View.
Deputy Michael Pauly received a call from West Plains Police reporting a death on Jackson Street as Deputy Coroner.
Deputy Ward received notice of alleged failure to register as a sex offender at the Sheriff's Office. This case will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Deputy Pauly took a report of stolen documents.

Deputy Trenton Roberts responded to Co Rd 9190 in West Plains for a domestic altercation.
Deputy Nicholas Barslow responded to a dog bite call in the area of Kentucky Ave, West Plains.
May 15
Deputy Austin Ryan spoke with a victim reporting harassment.
Deputy First Class Robert Malone attempted to conduct a traffic stop on East US-160 when the vehicle, a dirt bike, fled before the suspect ran into the woods on foot. Officers located
and apprehended the suspect a short while later.
May 16
Deputy Kory Taylor struck a deer with the patrol vehicle while traveling north on State Route 17.
Deputy Avery Stolba took a report of a stolen license plate.
Corporal Hamby received a call for an agency assist service from the Fire Marshall stating the fire department would like Law Enforcement to respond to a residential under investigation at State Route W in Peace Valley.
