Nathan Ray Hicks, 44, writ for court (two counts).
Kristen R. Smallwood, 26, second degree assault, first degree burglary, failure to appear (three counts).
Zachary R. Siegrist, 24, failure to appear (three counts).

July 16
Whitney Nicole Stein, 32, abuse or neglect of a child.
July 17
Arthur Leon Huffman, 45, driving while revoked/suspended, probation violation, resisting arrest, stealing ($750 or more), unlawful possession of a firearm.
Thomas Lee Ellison, 43, failure to appear.
Angela Renee Heskett, 39, failure to secure a child less than 8 years old in a child restraint or booster seat (two counts).
July 18
David Dwight Howell, 54, failure to appear.
Chance Carver Lashley, 29, stealing a motor vehicle. 
Casey Joe Hicks, 46, failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
David Franklin Johnson, 29, cut in on overtaken vehicle, exceeding the posted speed limit, writ from Department of Corrections. 
 
Incidents
July 12
A trespassing incident was reported on State Route MM. A report was taken. 
A person reported missing in Oregon County was located on State Route 14 in West Plains. The incapacitated person was located and safely returned to his guardian. 
A male subject was cited for failure to yield on U.S. Highway 63. 
A disturbance was reported on County Road 1340. No charges were filed. 
July 13
A woman reported seeing two dogs kill and maim several of her sheep on County Road 8270. A report was taken. 
A theft was reported on County Road 3380 east of Willow Springs. 
Deputies responded to a home on County Road 2010 for a death investigation. No foul play was suspected. 
An individual accidentally caught his trailer on a concrete block at a location on U.S. Highway 63. 
A person called in a stolen vehicle from a location on U.S. Highway 63. No charges had been filed as of report time.
July 14 
A theft was reported at a storage unit on Katherine Drive. 
A female subject came to the Howell County Sheriff’s Office to report a possible assault. The matter is under investigation.  
A verbal domestic was reported at a residence on State Route E in West Plains. The parties agreed to separate for the night. 
A 17-year-old male was reported missing after running away from his residence following a fight with his parents. 
July 15
A stolen vehicle was reported on County Road 1990 in Willow Springs. The reporting party, who was not the owner of the vehicle, was told to contact the owner to make an official report. 
A disturbance was reported at a residence on Private Road 6922. A female subject was taken into custody for fourth degree domestic assault.
July 16
A male subject was taken into custody on an outstanding traffic warrant during a traffic stop on Missouri Avenue. 
Property damage was reported at a business on U.S. Highway 63. The incident is under investigation. 
Property damage was reported at a residence on County Road 2470. A report was taken. 
A verbal domestic was reported on County Road 2030 in Mountain View. The involved parties were advised of the 12-hour rule. 
A theft was reported on State Route W in Peace Valley.  The stolen firearm was entered into MULES as stolen.  The investigation is ongoing. 
A subject punched a window at a residence on County Road 6370. A report was taken for property damage, and the suspect was treated for injuries. 
A report of harassment was received from a resident on State Route 14. The victim was advised of their judicial remedies. 
A grass fire was reported on County Road 6160. It was reported that the property owner had started the fire and had prevented the Pottersville Fire Department from extinguishing the blaze. 
A verbal domestic was reported on County Road 7480 in West Plains. A report was taken at the scene. 
July 17
A vehicle theft was reported on County Road 8390. A report was taken, and a separate vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Thayer was recovered. 
A horse was reportedly shot on County Road 6300. The horse was discovered alive with a fresh wound near the bottom of the chest. A report was taken, and the investigation continues. 
A domestic assault was reported on County Road 8800. The victim refused to pursue charges. 
A report of burglary and stealing was received from a property on County Road 1280. It was reported that the theft had occurred approximately one month prior.
A missing person was reported at a residence on County Road 2010. The investigation continues. 
July 18
A driver was cited for failure to maintain financial responsibility during a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 63.
