Kathryn Michelle Schuler, 30, possession of methamphetamine precursors.
Brandon Cody Schuler, 31, possession of methamphetamine precursors, stealing ($750 or more).

Incidents
October 16
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on State Route W in Peace Valley to assist with a medical call. A male subject had been found unresponsive by his wife. Resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful, and the man was pronounced deceased.
A resident came to the Sheriff’s Office to report being harassed.
A deceased male was reported at a residence on County Road 4990 in Willow Springs. No foul play is suspected.
Property damage was reported on County Road 2930.
October 17
A black nylon bag found on U.S. Highway 63 was turned in to the Sheriff’s Office. The items were labeled for destruction.
Possible child abuse was reported on County Road 6410. Contact was made with the child’s mother, and the investigation is ongoing.
A stolen vehicle was found parked at a residence on North Grand in Willow Springs. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
October 18
An alleged suspect was interviewed in a child abuse investigation. No charges were filed.
October 19
Items were reported stolen from a vehicle on County Road 8580. A report was taken, and the investigation continues.
A child custody issue was reported on County Road 5290.
Individuals were caught siphoning gas from a vehicle on County Road 6690. A report was taken for theft a tampering with a motor vehicle.
An individual came to the police department to report possible child abuse. Contact was made by Deputy Dakota Millard and Children’s Division. The investigation continues.
An assault was reported on County Road 8800 in West Plains. A firearm involved in the incident was seized, and a suspect was arrested. The matter remains under investigation.
