Incidents
November 21
A burglary was reported on County Road 5350 to Deputy Devon Mendenhall in which a firearm and other items were stolen. The firearm was entered into the database. 
Deputy First Class Seth Smith took a theft report. 
Dispatch reported to Deputy Dakota Millard of cows in a pasture, an ongoing problem. Charges to be filed on the cow owner for animal trespass.
Deputy Howell County Coroner Michael Pauly was dispatched to a fatality crash on CC highway. 
Deputy Coroner Pauly was dispatched for a death on County Road 7880 in Caulfield.
November 22
Deputy Devon Mendenhall was dispatched to a stealing incident that occurred on State Route 14. He made contact, and the victim reported personal hunting equipment taken from private property.
A convenience store off US Hwy 63 reported an assault. Deputy Dakota Millard responded and collected statements. Charges will be filed.
First responders were dispatched to County Road 1930 for an unresponsive female. Deputy James Wardrip responded and found CPR in progress. An investigation was conducted, and the incident closed.
A subject reported a stolen vehicle to Deputy Michael Pauly.
Deputy First Class Seth Smith responded to a report of a violation of an order of protection on County Road 8580. Formal charges are pending.
A report of a lost firearm was made to Deputy Travis Weaver. 
November 23
Deputy Devon Mendenhall responded to a request for a well-being check of an individual on County Road 1710. He found a unresponsive resident. Deputy Mendenhall started CPR and notified South Howell County Ambulance, who transported the patient to the hospital.
Deputy Pauly took a report of a runaway juvenile on County Road 3400.
Deputy Coroner Pauly was dispatched for a death investigation in West Plains. 
Deputy Pauly took a report of a custody violation.
November 24
An agency assisted incident for an emotionally disturbed person on County Road 8270. Charges were sent to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review.
After being advised of a missing child case by Willow Springs Police, Deputy John Thomas made contact with the juvenile. 
November 25
Deputy John Thomas took a report of domestic assault on Private Road 6692. Charges have been filed.
November 27
A burglary was reported at a storage unit on County Road 1280 in West Plains.
A driver was cited for driving while suspended during a stop on Missouri Avenue in West Plains.
November 28
A trespasser was reported on County Road 6540.
November 30
Property damage was reported on County Road 8110. The investigation continues.
December 1
A male subject reported that his Stihl trimmer was stolen and sold to a local pawn shop. The matter is under investigation.
A disturbance was reported on the 1700 block of U.S. Highway 63. A male subject was placed on a 12-hour hold due to his intoxication.
