Incidents 
November 1
A domestic violence report was received from a residence on State Route AB in West Plains. The parties separated, and neither sought charges. 
November 2
Deputy Devon Mendenhall responded to a report of vehicles being tampered with on County Road 6070 in West Plains. Some of the vehicles on the scene had catalytic converters removed. The investigation continues. 
November 3
Deputies responded to a report of a person that was either passed out or deceased, inside a vehicle on County Road 3940 in Mountain View. It was discovered that the person was asleep in the car, which was running and in drive. Suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle. The occupant of the vehicle was arrested on drug charges. 
November 5
A gasoline powered generator was reported stolen from a construction site on County Road 8650 near West Plains. A report was generated. 
November 6
A verbal domestic disturbance was reported at a residence on State Route CC in West Plains. Deputies confirmed that the altercation was only verbal and cleared the scene once the male subject left the residence. 
November 7
A vehicle was reported stolen from the Junction 14 truck stop in West Plains. The West Plains Police Department requested assistance in locating the vehicle, which was believed to be at a residence on State Route 14. The vehicle was located abandoned and was returned to the owner. 
A property dispute was reported on State Route AB. The involved parties were advised that the dispute may be resolved in civil court.
