Jesse Lee Parsons, 36, West Plains, delivery of a controlled substance, resisting or interfering with arrest. 
Michael Thomas Wilson, 37, Farmington, distribution of a controlled substance. 
Jacob Adam Counts, 36, Willow Springs, failure to appear (four counts). 
Jose Guadalupe Porras, 33, West Plains, possession of an imitation controlled substance.

Incidents
January 24
An arrest was made north of West Plains on U.S. Highway 63, near Great Rivers Distributing, for driving while intoxicated. 
January 25
North Arkansas Electric Cooperative reported the theft of a grapple hook bucket from a trailer parked in Caulfield, near the junction of U.S. Highway 160 and State Route 101.
January 26
A Willow Springs man reported damage to his mailbox by a vehicle. A report was generated. 
A West Plains man reported the theft of his 2007 Cadillac STS by a person he had met and was trying to help. The vehicle is silver in color, with an emergency light bar on top and a large teal blue window decal on the back glass. The vehicle was stolen while he was at Trinity Worship Center in West Plains. 
One arrest was made after a pursuit on Business Highway 60 in Willow Springs. 
26-year-old Karen Victoria Moss of Cape Girardeau was reported as a missing person. Moss was last seen near Willow Springs at a location on County Road 5270. 
A truck that was reported stolen in Shannon County was located by the owner in Howell County. The suspect in the theft left the area prior to law enforcement arrival. The vehicle was released to the registered owner, who will follow up with Shannon County law enforcement. 
January 27
Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative reported the theft of copper ground wire from a utility pole on County Road 9150. 
January 29
A shoplifter was reported at the Dollar General in Pomona. The suspect left prior to law enforcement arrival. Formal charges are pending. 
A Mountain View man reported the theft of a chainsaw from his property on County Road 2170. A report was taken. 
January 30
A West Plains man reported the theft of several items from his vehicle, while it was parked outside of his residence on County Road 4210.
