James A. Nichols, 29, Willow Springs, warrant arrest from Howell County Sheriff’s Office for felony first degree burglary and second degree domestic assault. Held in Howell County Jail, but was bondable.
Donny E. Elder, 60, Doniphan, warrant arrest for misdemeanor traffic violations. Held in Carter County Jail, but was bondable.
March 4
Bradley Couthren, 30, Ellington, driving while intoxicated causing serious physical injury, felony; leaving the scene of an accident, felony; driving while revoked, felony; and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. Placed on a 24-hour hold in Reynolds County Jail.
Jeremy Wray, 42, Salem, Ark., tampering with a motor vehicle, felony; and operating a vehicle with no valid license. Placed on a 24-hour hold in Carter County Jail.

Megan Declue, 32, Cadet, Mo., driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor; careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash; possession of marijuana, misdemeanor; and no seatbelt. Placed on a 12-hour hold in Texas County Jail.

Dylan Alcorn, 24, Mountain Grove, driving while intoxicated and following too closely. Released from Mountain Grove Police Department.
Edward Nipper, 56, Birch Tree, driving while intoxicated, persistent offender, felony; no insurance; speeding; failure to drive on the right half of the roadway; and no seat belt. Released.
