Calls for Service 
December 20
Police Chief Jamie Perkins was called to assist with a structure fire at the intersection of Belmont and Pine. Chief Perkins reported that the water needed to be turned off at the location.
A disturbance was reported on Dameon Street. No altercation was found at the residence in question. 
A possible intoxicated driver was reported on West U.S. Highway 60. The vehicle could not be located. Information was relayed to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. 
December 21
A slow-moving vehicle was reported on North Pine. Contact was made with the driver who was looking for a local business and was lost. 
December 22
A warrant was confirmed to be active for the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The subject in question was transported to the Mountain View Police Department. 
A lift assist was needed at Brookview Apartments. 
An attempt to locate a missing person was conducted on West 4th Street. The person was not located. 
December 23
A vehicle was damaged in the night on Deer Park Lane. The incident is under investigation. 
No injuries were received in a two-vehicle accident in the parking lot of the license office. 
A minor traffic accident was reported in the McDonald’s drive-through. There were no injuries. 
An unoccupied vehicle was observed with its interior lights on. Contact was made with the vehicle owner on Falk Street. 
Assistance was given to an elderly woman who had fallen. The woman was helped back into a chair. The incident occurred on Delp Road. 
Extra patrol was requested on Woolsey. 
December 26
A report was received of a male subject who refused to leave a residence on Washington. Contact was made with the male subject, who refused a courtesy ride but did leave the residence. 
Assistance was requested for a male subject on Ash Street who possibly had alcohol poisoning. The male regained consciousness, and EMS responded to the scene. 
Assistance was given to the Missouri State Highway Patrol with a subject that had been arrested.
