Cpt. Kaleb Berkshire delivered council packets. 
Cpt. Berkshire responded to a noise complaint. He found juvenile sitting outside and no disruption.
Officers spoke to four individuals requesting information or assistance and issued five traffic warnings.
August 10
Lt. Trenton Roberts received a request to set up spike stripes for a vehicle fleeing from Missouri State Highway Patrol and Howell County Sheriff’s Office. He could not get into position to assist.

Officer Koleman McDaniel responded to a requested wellbeing check and found the individual deceased. 
Officers spoke to five individuals requesting information or assistance and issued five traffic warnings.
August 12
Off. First Class Kylie McGee responded to West Second Street for a noise complaint. She found no disruption in the area.
Off. First Class McGee conducted a safety check on two individuals walking near the roadway. Officers arrested one on an outstanding warrant. 
Officer K. McDaniel responded to West Plains Bank for a report of a disturbance. He found one individual running from another. He advised them both to separate for the night to calm down. 
Officers spoke to seven individuals requesting information or assistance and issued five traffic warnings.
August 13
Officer McGee responded to a report of a juvenile on a bike crossing the highway. She advised the juvenile on the dangers of riding a bike on the highway.
Asst. Chief Schwien conducted a requested wellbeing check and found the individual did not need assistance.
Officers spoke to two individuals requesting information or assistance.
August 14
Lt. Berkshire responded to a suspicious circumstances request. He did not locate anyone.
Off. First Class McGee conducted a safety check on a disabled vehicle with individuals around it. They had a tow truck on the way.
Off. First Class McGee found an open door at the pool and secured the building.
Off. First Class McGee took a dog to the pound that she found near the highway.
Asst. Chief Schwien responded to S. 17 highway for a requested wellbeing check. He did not locate the individual.
Asst. Chief Schwien responded to a dog at large call and found the owner already retrieved and secured the dogs. 
Officers spoke to two individuals requesting information or assistance and issued five traffic warnings.
August 15
Off. First Class McGee assisted Children’s Division with an investigation.
