Asst. Chief Schwien responded to Mercy ER for an out-of-control patient who assaulted ER staff. He took the subject into custody and placed them on a 24-hour hold after released they were from hospital.

Officer Cook assisted with a disturbance.
Officers spoke to four individuals requesting information or assistance and issued one traffic warning.
September 12
Officer First Class Kylie McGee and Asst. Chief Schwien responded to a request from the highway patrol to check for debris in the roadway. They removed the debris.
Off. First Class McGee conducted a security check at the elementary school due to threats that had been made on social media. Officers found the area secure.
Officers spoke to four individuals requesting information or assistance and issued seven traffic warnings.
