Lt. Trenton Roberts responded to a residence on Delp Rd. for a report of a dog running loose around the house and the back door open. He secured the home and the dog.
Officer Vice received notice of a dog running loose on Delp Rd. The animal control officer placed the dog back at the residence.
Officer Kris Reinholdt investigated a car versus deer accident. 
November 3
Officer Vice received a call of a vehicle parked in front of a residence on E. Third St. running for hours with the windshield wipers on. The owner of the vehicle stated they left the vehicle on by accident.
Officer Vice assisted Mercy Hospital with escorting a subject from the premises. 
Officer Koleman McDaniel responded to a verbal dispute. The parties agreed to remain calm for the night.
Officers spoke with two individuals requesting information or assistance and issued one traffic warning.
November 4
Officer Reinholdt assisted a motorist with concerns of crossing an overflow of water. Afterward they then provided a courtesy ride for the motorist.
Officer First Class Kylie McGee conducted a wellbeing check on dogs tied outside in the rain. The owner agreed to move the dogs to better shelter. 
Off. First Class McGee called in a possible sewer leak on Webb St to a homeowner and the city water/sewer department. 
Off. First Class McGee conducted a safety check on the residents of a home currently underwater from excessive rain. They assisted the family with evacuation.
Officer Vice assisted the fire department with a possible fire at a residence. Investigation found a water heater shorted out due to flooding in the basement causing the home to fill with smoke.
Officer Vice responded to an alarm at a business on Falck St. They found the building secure.
Officer Vice responded to a report of a possible burglary. He found no evidence of a break in.
Officers spoke to four individuals requesting information or assistance and issued one traffic warning.
November 5
Asst. Chief Schwien attempted to deliver a requested death notice. The individual no longer lived at the address provided.
November 6
Off. First Class McGee received a report of an attempted dog bite to a child. They secured the animal and contacted the owner and advised they view video evidence of the incident.
Officer First Class McGee received a request by the highway patrol to conduct safety check on a vehicle parked just outside of town. They found the owner who advised they struck a deer earlier in the day and will have the vehicle moved.
Off. First Class McGee began an investigation into an attempted break in at the Angelica building.

November 7
Off. First Class McGee responded to a report of a car versus deer accident. They dispatched the deer and completed a wildlife receipt for the driver to take possession of the deer. 
Asst. Chief Schwien responded to a request for assistance regarding a dog that escaped its residence and neighbor’s dogs attacked it. They separated the dogs and returned the escaped dog to the owner.
Officers spoke to one individual requesting information and issued two traffic warnings.
