Asst. Chief Stetson Schwien and Officer Dylan Vice received a report of an individual unconscious in a ditch. They located the individual who stated they were fine. Officers provided a courtesy ride for the individual.

Officer Vice conducted a requested area check after a report of a suspicious person. He did not locate anyone.
Officer Kris Reinholdt spoke to an individual reporting he believes his neighbor is poisoning him with pesticides through his air vents. The individual will go to the hospital to get a toxicology test.

Officer Vice arrested an individual for trespassing at McDonalds.
Lt. Trenton Roberts responded to Valley View Apartments for a juvenile fighting with their younger sibling.

Off. First Class Kylie McGee assisted a motorist at Dollar General parking lot.
Off. First Class McGee responded to a dog at large attaching the neighbor’s dogs. Officers spoke to the dog’s owner, and they demonstrated the perimeter collar on the dog worked.
Off. First Class McGee investigated a report of a fire on David Drive. She found a controlled burn.
Officers spoke to two individuals requesting information and issued two traffic violations.
November 12
Off. First Class McGee responded to a report of subjects burning wire near a propane tank. One individual left before the officer arrived. Off. McGee informed the remaining individual of laws involving burning in city limits.
Off. First Class McGee returned to the area of the previous burn for a disturbance. Neighbors were in a dispute over the burning. She separated them and trespassed them from each other’s property.
Off. First Class investigated a commercial alarm.
November 13
Off. First Class Alexis Johnson responded to the license office for an individual making threats to employees.
Officers issued three traffic warnings.

Asst. Chief Schwien investigated a commercial alarm.
Asst. Chief Schwien issued three nuisance ordinance violations.
Officers spoke to an individual requesting information and issued seven traffic warnings.
November 15
Asst. Chief Schwien investigated a three vehicle non-injury accident.
Officers issued two traffic warnings.
November 16
Officer Cook received a call of an open door at a business. He cleared the building and found nothing out of place.
Officer Vice conducted a wellbeing check on an elderly individual. They stated they were having mental issues and refused EMS.
Officers issued four traffic warnings.
November 17
Officer Reinholdt investigated a report of a possible domestic incident. They did not locate anyone in the area.

November 18
Officer Reinholdt investigated a report of an audible alarm. They did not hear any alarm in the area.
Off. Reinhodlt spoke to six juveniles in the park attempting to feed the cats.
Off. First Class McGee spoke to a parent with a child arguing with siblings. The state had custody of the children and the child causing the issue had to leave.
Officer Vice advised the owner of a dog to keep it restrained.

Off. Reinholdt responded to the hospital for a disturbance.
Officer Vice assisted children’s division with an investigation.
November 20
Officer Vice responded for a wellbeing check of an individual on the ground. EMS responded for the individual.
Off. Vice responded to a report of a domestic at Signal. Investigation found a couple had a verbal argument with one party leaving the area.
Officer Cook assisted EMS with a medical call.
Officers spoke to one individual requesting information and issued one traffic warning.

Officer Cook conducted a wellbeing check for a 911 hang up call. EMS transported the individual.
