Officer Dylan Cook responded to a burglary. An investigation found the items taken at a neighbor residence.

Cpl. Kylie McGee and Officer Cook received information of a cow on the roadway. They found the cow moved off the highway and into the woods.
Cpl. McGee responded to a disturbance regarding ownership of a dog.
April 13
Cpl. McGee spoke with parents and a juvenile regarding an issue.
Cpl. McGee conducted a security check on a truck parked with the lights on behind a parking lot. She found the occupants were playing Pokémon.
April 14
Officer James Wardrip and Chief Stetson Schwien spoke to an individual feeling suicidal until EMS could arrive and transport the person.
Officer Wardrip received a report of a missing juvenile from Howell County Sheriff’s Department. He located the missing juvenile and contacted the Sheriff’s Department.
Officer Wardrip issued a trespass order to an individual.
Officer Jacob Brixey conducted a traffic stop with his investigation resulting in the driver being transported to the Howell County Jail for a 24-hour hold on possible charges for the controlled substances and firearms found in the vehicle.
April 16
Officer Brixey investigated a report of vehicles on fire and found a controlled burn taking place with no vehicles involved.
Officer Combs stayed with a motorist with a disabled vehicle until assistance arrived.
For the week officers: conducted one escort, spoke with two individuals requesting information, followed up on six previous investigations, investigated three suspicious circumstance reports, and issued seven traffic warnings.
