Calls for Service 
July 23
A fight was reported on Woolsey Dr. Contact was made with individuals, but no fight seemed to be occurring. 
An alarm sounded at Simmons Bank. The cleaning crew had accidentally set off the alarm. 
A woman came to the police department to get her driver’s license, stating that a highway patrol trooper had taken it. The woman was told to contact the highway patrol. 
The Missouri State Highway Patrol asked for assistance with an intoxicated driver they had in custody. 
A woman that had been told to stay away from Valley View Apartments was reported on the property. The woman was contacted and was asked to leave. 
Missouri State Highway Patrol called to confirm a warrant. The warrant was active but was out of extradition range. 
A disturbance was reported at Taco Bell. Contact was made and both parties were separated. 
A caller reported unwanted calls. Information was given to the caller. 
A male subject called about a report he had filed. Information was provided. 
A woman called to report that her daughter was missing. The child was located in Pomona. 
July 25
A well-being check was requested for a resident on Delp Road who had become unresponsive while talking on the phone. Contact was made with the resident. She had fallen asleep. 
July 27
A runaway disabled juvenile was reported. The juvenile was found and was returned home without incident. 
A call was received about information on a stolen vehicle from Arkansas. Information was provided to the Arkansas authorities. 
A courtesy ride was given to a pedestrian who was seen walking on U.S. Highway 60. 
A combative subject was reported at Mercy. The subject had been bitten by a dog. Howell County Sheriff’s Office was contacted since the incident had occurred in the county. 
July 29
A fight was reported at Anchor in the parking lot. Upon arrival, no fight was found, and it was determined to be an indecent in Texas County. Contact was made with Texas County officials. 
July 30
Assistance was given to another law enforcement agency with bonding out a subject on warrants. 
A well-being check was made on a subject whose vehicle was parked on Elm Street, partially blocking the road. A witness reported that the man had been walking around the area and acting aggressively. The subject seemed to be in an altered state of mind, possibly from drugs. The subject was placed in protective custody, and his vehicle was towed from the scene. 
July 31
A security alarm was activated at 510 East Industrial. The scene and building were checked and secured. No one Willow Springs located in the area of the building. 
A male subject, known to have active warrants, was seen walking on West 2nd Street. The man was taken into custody without indecent. 
An alarm was activated at 500 East 7th Street. An officer met with a key holder at the building. No one was located in or around the building, and the area was secured. 
A caller reported that the sewer was backed up in the area of South Ash. An officer responded but did not find any water in the roadway. The city water department was contacted to check the area. 
A residential alarm sounded on Ash Street. A basement door was found open, but nothing at the seven was missing or damaged. 
A caller reported that a vehicle was driving in and out of the lane and had been running into the ditch. The area of the report was checked, but the suspect vehicle was not located.
