Incidents
October 31
A firearm was reported stolen from a residence on the 2700 block of Paula Drive.
A wallet was reported lost at Dollar General on Missouri Avenue. A report was completed.
Ozark County Sheriff’s Department requested digital forensics on a cellular device.
A vehicle was reported for careless and imprudent driving. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
A theft was reported at Walgreens. Stolen property was recovered from a suspect vehicle, and one occupant of the vehicle was arrested on an active warrant.
November 1
A shoplifter was reported at a business on the 400 block of Broadway.
A driver was cited for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Mitchell Road.
A male suspect was arrested on an active arrest warrant.
A juvenile called 911 but did not have an emergency when officers arrived on scene on Jackson Street. The juvenile, who did not wish to return to class, broke a window and seriously injured an officer. The juvenile was taken into custody and transferred to the juvenile office.
A female subject received minor injuries after falling into a manhole on Crestwood Circle. The woman refused medical treatment, and a report was completed.
A subject was taken to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour hold after a 911 call on Walker Street. A juvenile probable cause statement and juvenile referral were also completed.
A shoplifter was reported at 10 Box.
November 2
A juvenile was reportedly in possession of a controlled substance on the 600 block of Olden.
A verbal domestic was reported on the 1000 block of Washington.
A theft was reported on the 800 block of South Hill.
A driver reportedly tried to hit a pedestrian on the 1000 block of Seventh St. The driver was arrested for driving while revoked, probation violation and possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
A subject reported suffering from hallucinations and paranoia at the lobby of the police department. The subject admitted to being under the influence of a controlled substance and was later transported to Ozarks Healthcare for a mental evaluation.
A trespasser was reported at Casey’s on Saint Louis Street.
November 3
A verbal domestic was reported on the 1300 block of Seminole.
A purse was placed in evidence for safekeeping after being found at Perry’s Barber Shop.
A driver was cited for driving while revoked and failure to register a motor vehicle during a traffic stop on Worcester.
A woman reported a violation of a protection order.
A handgun was reported found near a residence on Rhonda Drive.
A bicycle was reported stolen on Halstead. The investigation is ongoing.
A domestic assault was reported on the 1000 block of Seventh St. 
Gunfire was reported near Ozark and Marianna Drive. A male suspect was taken into custody.
A female subject requested medical attention on Hubert Redburn Drive.
November 4
A juvenile reportedly threatened another juvenile on the 700 block of Olden. The case is under investigation.
An assault was reported on the 1100 block of Lambert Lane. The victim was taken to Ozarks Healthcare by private vehicle.
An individual reported items being stolen from him on Missouri Avenue.
An individual reported that someone had borrowed his father’s truck and had not returned it.
A male subject was arrested on an active warrant on the 2500 block of Paula Drive.
A burglary was reported at a storage unit on U.S. Highway 160.
November 5
A vehicle was reported stolen from the Casey’s parking lot on Preacher Roe Boulevard. The vehicle was located, and a suspect was identified. Charges were forwarded to the county prosecutor.
A disorderly inmate was reported at the city jail. Command staff was able to return the inmate to her cell.
A male subject was arrested on active warrants during a traffic stop on Lanton Road.
A domestic disturbance was reported on the 1000 block of Aid Avenue. A male suspect was arrested for domestic assault.
A vehicle reportedly left the scene of an accident on the 400 block of Harlin Drive.
November 6
A juvenile reportedly tried to run away and assaulted an officer on the 200 block of Walker.
A missing person was reported on the 300 block of Aid Avenue. The matter is under investigation.
