April 27
While conducting foot patrol at the college campus, Officer Tyler Franks located an open door at Looney Hall. He searched the building and did not locate anyone inside. No foul play is suspected at this time. 
Officer Jesse Martin took a report at the West Plains Transfer Station of property damage. 
Officer Tyler Gill responded to Southern Hills a report of forgery. This case will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
Officer Chris Barrett responded to a business on Gibson Ave for a requested wellbeing check. They took an individual into custody.
Officer Caleb Kerley responded to Washington Ave for a report of a domestic altercation. Both parties agreed to separate for the night. 
Officer Conner Burnes took a report of found property.
April 28
Cpl. Micah McKemie completed a theft investigation on Trish Knight St. He located and returned the property, and the case is closed due to an uncooperative victim.
Cpl. McKemie took a report of terroristic threats to a government officer and a special victim. Charges will be sought.
Officer Kerley responded to Worcester in regard to a disturbance.
April 29
Officer Martin responded to Worcester for a report of property damage. An investigation is ongoing.
Officer Shell responded to Porter Wagoner Blvd. regarding a juvenile problem. They transported an individual to OZH and placed on a 96-hour mental health evaluation.
Officer Shell responded for a verbal domestic dispute in progress.
Officer Brandon Vernon took a report of a suicidal individual. 
May 30
Officer Daiman Meyer conducted a traffic stop on Washington and found an individual with an outstanding warrant.
Officer Dobbs took a report of harassment from Johnson Street. 
Officer Ivie Powell responded to the railroad tracks on N. Howell for a report of an individual lying on the tracks. He escorted the individual off the railroad tracks and issued them a citation for trespassing.
Officer Jacob Beadell responded to the intersection of Bill Virdon and Howell for a report of an individual standing in the roadway. They transferred the individual to the hospital for a possible assault. This case will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Officer Beadell responded to Olden to assist in an investigation conducted by Children’s Division. After the conclusion of the interview, no crime appeared to have been committed. 
Officer Kerley conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle on US Hwy 63. He found the driver had an outstanding warrant and during the arrest, discovered drug paraphernalia in the driver’s possession. 
May 1
Sgt. Joshua Wichowski responded to the West Plains City Hall Utilities Department to investigate a report of theft of water from a residence located on Johnson Street with water directed to a separate residence on Johnson Street without an account setup or payment provided. They identified the suspect and a probable cause statement will be pending through the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Officer Barrett responded to business located in Southern Hills Shopping Center for a report of a 2-vehicle private property accident with one of the vehicles leaving the scene.
Officer Dobbs took a report of passing a bad check.
Officer Gill took a report of stealing.
Officer Gill responded to Crestwood Circle for a report of a domestic altercation in progress.
Officer Burnes responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Olden and N Howell. The reporting party said the other driver left the scene. This case is still under investigation.
Officer Beadell responded to Gibson St for a report of stealing. This case will be referred to the West Plains Municipal Detectives Division for further investigation.
Officer Kerley responded to an assault on Shuttee St. The reporting party advised they were shot with a BB gun from across the street and received transportation to Ozarks Healthcare to seek medical treatment. The West Plains SRT (Special Response Team) arrived and secured the residence for further investigation. The suspect is unknown, and this case will be referred to the West Plains Detective Division for further investigation.
May 2
Officer Beavers responded to Crestwood Circle in reference to a domestic disturbance. His investigation discovered a couple in a romantic relationship had a verbal disagreement. Neither party wanted to cooperate with the officers' investigations or wanted to press charges.
Cpl. Wesley Stuart responded to a domestic disturbance on State Route K in West Plains. No charges will be sought in this matter due to an uncooperative victim.
Officer Katie Sandgren responded to Aid Ave. for a private property accident. 
Officer Vernon assisted an individual with concerns over a civil matter. During the investigation an individual made suicidal comments and officers transported them for a mental evaluation.
Cpl. McKemie responded to an alarm and found an open door. He found no signs of foul play and secured the door.
May 3
Officer Tombley arrested an individual on Debra Drive for driving while intoxicated. 
Officer Franks responded to a residence regarding a domestic altercation. His investigation discovered a verbal argument occurred between a husband and wife and they both shoved each other. Neither party wished to pursue charges.
Officer Gill responded to Garrett Drive for a report of a disturbance. This report will be referred to the West Plains Municipal Prosecutor's Office for review. 
Officer Barrett investigated a report of careless driving. His investigation found the driver had an outstanding warrant.
Officer Sandgren responded to AJAX Storage units on St. Louis Street for vandalism of the building. The case will be considered closed with no suspect or camera footage in the area.
Officer Sandgren conducted a warrant service on South Hill Street. 
Officer Gill responded to Walmart Supercenter for a report of a shoplifter. Charges will be filed on two subjects with the West Plains Municipal Courts.
May 4
Officer Sandgren responded to Bartley St. in reference to a report of a juvenile assaulting their parent. A hotline call will be made to the Children’s Division, and a juvenile referral will be submitted to the Juvenile Division.
Officer Shell responded to Second St. for a report of a subject lying in the grass, possibly having a mental health crisis. They arrested and transported the subject to OZH for a medical evaluation. Later they transferred custody of the subject to the Howell County Sheriff's Office for an outstanding warrant.
May 5
Officer Meyer responded to Columbus Street for a domestic altercation. This case will be referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
Cpl. Trent Kinder filed a report for truancy issues involving a juvenile. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor for review.
Officer Keepes responded to Turning Leaf for warrant service. He took an individual into custody on an active warrant from the Board of Probation and Parole.
Officer Kerley took a report of property damage on Johnson Street. 
Officer Shell responded to US Highway 63 regarding a domestic altercation.
Officer Keepes responded to McFarland Drive for a verbal domestic dispute. They transported one individual for a 96-hour mental evaluation hold. No charges will be sought due to an uncooperative victim.
May 6
Officer Dobbs responded to Fifth St. for a report of a dog bite. This case will be closed.
Officer Keepes investigated a report of property damage to a vehicle. He found no crime occurred. 
Officer Keepes responded to Skate Park for a physical altercation involving multiple juveniles. No charges will be sought due to an uncooperative victim.
May 7
Officer Powell spoke with an individual reporting the theft of an electric scooter.
Officer Powell assisted an individual with a lost or stolen package. 
Officer Dobbs responded to Marianna Drive for a report of child abuse. This case is open for further investigation.
Sgt. Wichowski responded to a residence on Kissinger Street for a requested wellbeing check.
Officer Beadell responded to Crestwood to assist in an investigation conducted by Children’s Division. After the conclusion of the interview, no crime appeared to have been committed.
Officer Beadell investigated a complaint of a possible court order violation. 
Officer Meyer responded to Lanton Road for a report of a domestic disturbance. The parties separated for the night. This case will be closed due to an uncooperative victim.
May 8
While conducting security checks, Officer Sandgren found an open door at a church. She checked the building and secured the door.
Cpl. Stuart responded to Terra Drive for a report of a subject making threats with a firearm. This matter is still under investigation.
Officer Vernon responded to Missouri Avenue for a report of a stolen vehicle. The incident is under investigation.
May 9
Officer Franks assisted Howell County Sheriff’s Office with a driving while intoxicated investigation.
Officer Martin responded to Jackson Street for a report of an out-of-control juvenile.
Officer Gill took a report of an order of protection violation, and it will be referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
May 10
Cpl. Stephens conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 160. He arrested an individual for multiple drug violations and minor in possession of alcohol. He arrested a second individual on an outstanding warrant out of West Plains Municipal Court.
Officer Shell responded to West Broadway Ave. for a report of a theft.
