February 6
Officer Martin responded to Hynes Street for a report of a verbal altercation. The parties agreed to separate. 
Officer Connor Burnes responded to Olden Street for a report of an assault. Both parties refused medical treatment and the case is under investigation.
Officer Keepes responded to the Truck Patch for a suspicious person. EMS transported one subject for a mental evaluation.
Officer Stephens forwarded a report of shoplifting from a business on Preacher Roe Blvd to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Officer Stephens responded to Second Street for a report of an assault. He arrested one subject on an active warrant for assault. Additional charges of assault, resisting arrest, and property damage are being sought. 
February 7
Detective Joe Neuschwander and the Southwest MO Cyber Crimes Task Force received Cyber Tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children indicating that Twitter had discovered suspected child pornography being distributed via their platform. The suspect is identified as residing in Wright County. The investigation is ongoing.
Corporal Micah McKemie responded to Walker Street in reference to a juvenile needing assistance. After speaking to the juvenile, they were transported to the hospital for mental evaluation.
February 8
Sergeant Joshua Wichowski responded to a business on Porter Wagner Blvd for an altercation. Investigation found a subject that had an altercation with a care giver. They transported the subject for a mental evaluation.
Detective Neuschwander reported that during a forensic interview with a juvenile the child disclosed they had been sexually assaulted. The investigation is ongoing.
Officer Ivie Powell responded to Worley Drive for a report of stealing. 
February 9
Officer Siegrist responded to West Broadway for a commercial alarm. They cleared the building and found no issues.
Officer Keepes responded to Lanton Road for a report of a stolen vehicle. 
Officer Martin received a report of sexual abuse from an individual on Kentucky Avenue. A report will be forwarded to the West Plains Investigation Department.
Officer Stephens responded to Davis Drive for a tampering report. A vehicle owner reported that they interrupted subjects attempting to cut the catalytic converter from a vehicle. The subjects fled the scene.
February 10
Officer Martin responded to Holiday Lane for a report of sexual abuse. A report will be forwarded to the Investigations Department.
Corporeal McKemie responded to Yeager Street for a report of domestic assault. Investigation found one subject assaulted another. He arrested the individual.
Officer Martin took a report of animal abuse from Washington Avenue. Investigation found an unknown person shot the animal. The case is forwarded to the Investigations Division.
February 11
Officer Heuchelin took a report of a hit-and-run accident on Davidson Street.
February 12
Officer Keepes responded to Lambert Lane for a suicidal person. They took the individual to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
Officer Jacob Brixey assisted an individual with transportation to the hospital for mental evaluation.
During a routine patrol, Officer Brixey attempted a conduct a traffic stop. The driver fled into a nearby residence on West Main Street. Officers were able to talk the individual out of the residence and placed them under arrest on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.
Officer Siegrist took a report of sexual assault that occurred previously. The case is under investigation.
