April 20
Officer Nathaniel Siegrist responded to W. First St. in reference to stealing. This case is considered inactive at this time and will be reopened if further information is obtained
Officer Conner Burnes took a report of harassment. The victim spent the night at a friend’s house when the suspect threatened to shoot them. This case is still under investigation.
Officer Burnes spoke with an individual reporting a business selling alcohol to minors. A report will be forwarded to the Missouri Department of Public Safety’s Alcohol and Tobacco Division.
Officer Katie Sandgren arrested an individual for driving while intoxicated. 
Officer Sandgren responded to Washington Ave for an individual who fell out of a moving vehicle. She arrested the driver of the vehicle for driving while intoxicated. 
Officer Jacob Beadell responded to Preacher Roe for a report of stealing. The reporting party provided evidence of the suspect stealing multiple items from the business on multiple occasions. This case will be referred to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
Officer Shell responded near State Route K for a report of stealing.
April 21
Officer Tyler Gill arrested an individual with an outstanding warrant.
Animal Control Officer Brad Jones to W Third Street for a report of a dog barking continually. The reporting party completed a complaint for peace disturbance. 
Officer Gill took a report of stealing.
Officer Sandgren arrested an individual on Monks St for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Dawson Beavers responded to 6th Street regarding a domestic altercation. His investigation discovered subjects had an argument resulting in shoving. This case will be referred to the West Plains Municipal Prosecutor’s Office for review.
April 22
Officer Siegrist responded to E. Maple in reference to a domestic altercation in progress. They arrested an individual and placed them on 24-hour hold pending formal charges. A probable cause statement will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Lt. Kyle Ellison responded to a residence on Sixth Street for a report of an altercation. His investigation found a couple previously in a romantic relationship with a child in common reporting the other assaulted them and stole their car keys. He observed no injuries on either party, and the keys were located and returned.
Officer Jesse Martin responded to Debra Drive for a report of trespassing. His investigation learned the suspect had previously been trespassed from the property and took them into custody and placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges.
Cpl. SRO Trent Kinder filed a report of a parent allowing their child to miss an excessive amount of school violating attendance requirements of Missouri State Law. Charges will be forwarded to the County Prosecutor for review.
Officer Robert Shell conducted a traffic stop and found an occupant with an outstanding arrest warrant.
Officer Caleb Kerley responded to Meadow Drive in regard to a domestic altercation. This case will be closed due to an uncooperative victim.
April 23
While conducting security checks of local businesses, Cpl. Wesley Stuart located an open door. He found no signs of foul play and secured the business. 
Officer Daiman Meyer took a report from Cambridge Drive of harassment. This case is closed at this time.
Officer Beadell took a report from a woman stating a male subject posted non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images on a social media page. The case is under investigation.
Officer Keepes assisted an individual who turned themselves in for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Vernon responded to an address on Thorburgh for a report of a domestic altercation. Both individuals separated for the night.
April 24
Officer Meyer responded to Burger King for a report of a burglary. This case is open pending further information.
Officer Gill responded to the West Plains Probation and Parole Office for a report of an individual with an active warrant. He took the individual into custody and transported them to the Howell County Sheriff's Office jail without incident.
Officer Gill responded to 6th Street for a report of an individual passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Officers began an investigation for possession of controlled substances. This case is being referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
Officer Burnes responded to Allen St for an ongoing assault, intervening and took a juvenile suspect into custody. The victim did not have any apparent injuries but sought medical treatment. They later released the suspect to a guardian. The victim did not indicate they wished for charges.
Officer Chris Barrett responded to the area of Porter Wagoner Blvd for a report of juvenile problems. While in route, dispatch advised the juvenile ran away from their father down Porter Wagoner Blvd. They located the juvenile and transported them to Ozarks Healthcare for a mental evaluation.
April 25
Officer Beavers conducted a traffic stop on First St and arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated. 
Officer Franks responded to a healthcare facility in reference to an assault. His investigation discovered a patient assaulted two medical staff personnel before being transported to OZH for evaluation. This case is considered closed due to uncooperative victims.
On routine patrol, Officer Franks conducted a business check at a church and discovered a rear door left unlocked. He cleared the building and found no one inside. No foul play is suspected.
Officer Dobbs responded to Lanton Road for a report of possible harassment. 
Officer Ivie Powell responded to Meadow Drive referencing an individual with suicidal ideations. They transported the individual to Ozark Health Care for a 96 hour hold for a mental evaluation.
Officer Keepes responded to Snappy Mart Gas Station on Porter Wagoner for a wellbeing check of an unconscious person in a vehicle in the parking lot. They arrested the individual for driving while intoxicated. Charges will be filed, pending the lab results.
April 26
Cpl. Stuart responded to Saint Louis Street regarding a report of property damage. This investigation is still ongoing.
Officer Franks assisted Howell County Sheriff’s Office with a driving while intoxicated investigation.
Officer Gill responded to Maple St for a report of harassment. Charges will be filed with the Howell County Prosecutor's Office.
