January 29
Officer Austin Deshazo responded to Joe Jones Blvd. for a report of a verbal domestic. The parties involved separated willingly.
Officer Ivie Powell responded to Ozark Health Care to assist security in the (NPU) Neuropsychology Unit with an out-of-control patient. Officers restrained the patient without injury and assisted them to a more secure room to be watched. 
Officer Robert Shell responded to Webster Ave. for a court order violation. He arrested one subject and placed them on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. Charges will be forwarded to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office. 
January 30
Officer Martin responded to N Kentucky Avenue for a report of a vehicle partially off the roadway in the creek. Officers found the vehicle unoccupied and had it towed from the scene. 
Officer Deshazo received a report of an open door on Seminole Street. Officers cleared the residence and secured the open door. 
Detectives Neuschwander and Pounders were contacted by Detective Sergeant Galiher in reference to an agency assist request from the Howell County Sheriffs Department. Detectives Neuschwander and Pounders responded to an address in Howell County where they provided assistance to the Howell County Sheriffs Department. 
Officer Whitley Clark received a report in regard to a juvenile in possession of a nicotine vape. A juvenile referral will be forwarded to the Howell County Juvenile Office. 
January 31
Officer Brent Keepes responded to a residence on Davidson Street regarding a verbal domestic incident. Interviews found that a verbal argument occurred between a couple in a romantic relationship. No charges will be sought. 
Officer Keepes responded to a residence on Fourth Street for a suicidal person. EMS transported the subject and placed them on a 96-hour mental evaluation hold. 
February 1
Officer Martin observed an individual walking westbound while patrolling on Independence Drive. The individual reported a sexual assault. The investigation is ongoing. 
Cpl. Micah McKemie received a report that a subject damaged a vehicle and attempted to assault the driver on State Route CC. The victim did not wish to pursue charges. 
Cpl. McKemie located a missing person from another state. 
Officer Connor Burnes received a report that a juvenile had nicotine products. This case will be sent to the Juvenile Office. 
Cpl. McKemie received a report that a subject threatened violence on Johnson Street. The subject resisted arrest and later officers transported them to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
Officer Clark took a report of a juvenile in possession of a nicotine vape product. A report will be forwarded to the juvenile office.
Cpl. Wesley Stuart responded to the Wal-Mart Supercenter in reference to the theft of a television. This case is still under investigation.  
Officer Keepes responded to a residence located on Hubert Redburn for a suicidal individual. EMS transported the individual to a hospital and placed them on a 96 hour mental evaluation hold. 
Officer Daiman Meyer located an open door at a business on Worley Drive. Officers secured the business, and no foul play is suspected. 
February 2
Officers responded for a medical emergency located on Olden St. Investigation found a juvenile having a seizure. Medical personnel arrived on scene and later took the juvenile to a hospital. 
Officer Keepes responded to Amyx Street for an individual having a medical emergency. They later declared the individual deceased. 
Officer Keepes responded to a residence on Cass for a domestic altercation. Interviews found that a couple involved in a romantic relationship did engage in an altercation, but no injuries occurred. No charges are being sought due to uncooperative victim. 
Officer Keepes responded to a residence on Lincoln regarding a verbal domestic incident. Interviews found that a verbal argument occurred between spouses. The parties were separated.
Officer Heuchelin responded to N U.S. Highway 63 for an intoxicated individual harassing subjects in and around the store. They placed the subject on a 12-hour detox.  
February 3
Officer Christ Siegrist received a report from Preacher Roe in reference to stealing. Officers placed the suspect under arrest, and transported him to the City of West Plains Jail where they were booked and released. 
Sgt. Colter Reid responded to Debra Drive in reference to a report of property damage. Officers contacted a juvenile suspect, and the matter will be forwarded to the Juvenile Office. 
Officer Siegrist received a report from Creamery Road in reference to property damage. 
Sgt. Wichowski responded to South Howell Avenue for a report of a verbal domestic disturbance at the residence. No criminal acts were reported or observed. Both parties were counseled on scene. 
February 4
Officer Miller responded to north US Highway 63 for a vehicle theft. This case will be forwarded to the detectives division. 
Officer Siegrist received a report on Court Square in reference to a suicidal subject. They transported the individual to Ozarks Healthcare for a 96-hour mental health evaluation.
