September 2
Officer Jesse Martin responded to Missouri Avenue, West Plains, for a possible suicidal person. They later transported the individual to Ozarks Healthcare for a mental health evaluation.
While conducting security checks, Officer Jerry Mingus found an open door. He cleared and secured the building.
Officer Mingus spoke to the mother of a female juvenile victim reporting harassment at school and on social media.
Officer Brent Keepes responded to the Church of Christ located on Missouri Ave for a tent in the church yard. He arrested one individual for an outstanding warrant out of Greene County.
September 3
Officer Dobbs responded to FCC Behavior Health located on Division Drive for a report of property damage. This case will be referred to the Howell County Juvenile's Office.
Officer Kerley took a report of a sex offense. The investigation will be forwarded to the West Plains Detective Division.
Officer Kerley responded to Court Square for an assault report. Investigation discovered videos of an altercation between juveniles. This case will be referred to the Juvenile Office.
September 4
Sgt. Brandon Romans transported an individual from Oregon County Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding West Plains warrant.
Officer Ivie Powell arrested one individual for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Kerley took a report from individual who lost their debit card and had money withdrawn from an ATM. The case will remain open pending video footage.
Cpl. Thomas Manning responded to Ozarks Health Care in reference to a harassment complaint. Officers conducted an investigation and will be referring this report to the Howell County Prosecutors Office.
Officer Kerley received a report of property damage on Hazel Street. The case will be open and under investigation.
Officer Keepes responded to the area of Joe Jones for a possible vehicle accident. While in the area an individual came out of a residence and waved him down. The individual had a laceration to their arm. EMS transported them for treatment.
Officer Keepes responded to The Skate Park on E First Street for a report of an assault. The victim reported an assault by two individuals and wanted to press charges. The case will be referred to the Howell County Prosecuting Attorney's office for review.
September 5
Officer Daiman Meyer responded to Kentucky Avenue for a report of an assault. Investigation learned a subject threw bodily fluids on an employee. This will be referred to the Howell County Prosecutor's Office for review.
Cpl. Brandon Stephens responded to the intersection of Myrtle and Columbus for a hit and run vehicle accident. This case will be under investigation. 
Officer Powell transported one individual from Howell County Sheriff’s Office for a West Plains outstanding warrant.
Officer Keepes responded to Grace Ave for an out-of-control juvenile.  Investigation found a juvenile assaulted his guardian. Charges will be sought through the Howell County Juvenile Office.
Officer Keepes responded for a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Gibson Ave where one vehicle left the scene.  Interviews and investigation found a red Pontiac struck another vehicle and then left.  This case remains open for further information. Charges will be sought.
Officer Robert Shell arrested one individual for an outstanding warrant.
September 6
Officer Meyer took a report of stealing from a vehicle. Due to lack of evidence, this case will be closed.
Officer Gill received notice of a stolen vehicle. He located the vehicle Gibson Avenue. He arrested one for the theft and outstanding warrants. 
The Southwest MO Cyber Crimes Task Force assisted the U.S. Army Criminal Investigations Division in the identification of a victim of child sexual exploitation.  Their investigation is ongoing.
Officer Mingus took a report of an accident on E Thornburgh with one vehicle leaving the scene.
Officer Jacob Beadell interviewed a victim reporting an assault that occurred at a gas station. He attempted to contact the suspect and obtained video footage of the incident. This case will be forwarded to the Prosecuting Attorney's office.
September 7
Officer Beadell responded to Katherine Drive for a report of a suicidal subject. The subject made suicidal statements and had placed the barrel of a firearm against their head. They transported the subject to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
Cpl. Stewart responded to Crestwood Circle for a report of a domestic assault.
Officer Austin Deshazo took a report property damage.
September 8
Officer Nathan Siegrist arrested one individual for an outstanding warrant.
Officer Shell arrested one individual for an outstanding warrant.
