March 18
A woman reported that she was having an issue with her landlord. 
A caller reported that there was someone walking around the old Sonic building and possibly waving a gun, but then hung up without giving further information. The call was placed to Howell County 911. The area in Willow Springs was checked, as well as the Sonic in West Plains. No subject was found. 
A possible domestic disturbance was reported on Park Street. No issue was found at the residence. 
A child custody dispute was reported. Since the incident occurred in Mountain View, the caller was advised to contact Mountain View police. 
A well-being check was requested for a female subject that appeared to be sleeping in her vehicle in front of Love’s. Contact was made with the woman who stated that she was just waiting on her daughter, who was inside the store. 
A security alarm was set off at Jasper Engine. The building was checked, and a door was found unsecured at the building. No one was found inside the building, and the building was secured. 
March 19
A domestic disturbance was reported on Turner Drive. A verbal argument had led to the involved parties becoming engaged in shoving one another. The male party gathered belongings from the residence and left. 
A one-vehicle accident involving a rollover was reported at the exit from westbound U.S. Highway 60 near Love’s.  
March 21
A funeral escort was provided from Willow Funeral Home to the city cemetery. 
A caller reported that they thought someone was tampering with their vehicle. The area was checked, and no activity was found. 
March 22
A caller requested a report of a traffic accident. 
A caller reported that a limb had fallen rom a tree at a neighboring residence.
A female subject requested information about her court date and how to obtain a public defender. 
A report was received of a possibly intoxicated woman who had arrived at the preschool and was attempting to pick up her child. The woman was arrested at the scene for driving while intoxicated. 
March 23
The public defender’s office called to request information in a case. 
A well-being check was requested for a female subject by her probation officer. The woman was arrested on an active warrant. 
A woman was arrested on an active warrant at her home on Center Street. 
A well-being check was requested for an elderly male subject who had made threats to bomb the VA clinic. 
A woman came to the police department to report that her truck had been vandalized.
