A male subject called to report a child custody issue. 
A dog was reported running loose near Simmons Bank. The owner quickly responded to retrieve the dog. 
March 27 
Cows were reported loose on Railroad Drive. The cows were led back out of the roadway to safety. 
March 28
An employee at Casey’s reported a vehicle that had been in the parking lot overnight. An occupant of the vehicle stated that he was waiting for his brother to pick him up. 
March 29
An aggressive male subject was observed in the parking lot of the First Baptist Church. Contact was made with the male subject, as well as the female subject he had been speaking to. The male subject was taken to Ozarks Healthcare after making statements of self-harm. 
A loose dog was reported on Jason Drive. 
A tractor trailer unit was reported leaving sand on the roadway northbound from Pomona. 
A vehicle was reported blocking the truck entrance at White Industries. The vehicle had been in a funeral procession when the vehicle malfunctioned. The driver was able to move the vehicle after the funeral. 
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident near Snappy Mart. 
March 30
A man and woman were reported fighting in the Family Dollar parking lot. 
Low water crossings were closed at South Center and Cherry Street. 
EMS responded to a woman that had parked on 10th Street after having severe chest pain and shortness of breath. The woman was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. 
March 31
The cleaning crew at Plants Express on Split Oak Road accidentally set off the alarm and did not know the pass code to disarm it. The building was secured after contact with dispatch at the Howell County Sheriff’s Office.
