October 7
A domestic disturbance was reported on State Route 76 between a mother and daughter. Neither involved party wished to pursue charges.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident in the Love’s parking lot.
A head-on collision was reported on State Route 76.
An abandoned trailer was reported on East Third Street.
October 8
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Clingan Avenue. The vehicle was removed from the property.
Comfort Inn reported a male subject has been repeatedly coming into their lobby to sleep and wanted him trespassed from the property.
A U-Haul was reported blocking the roadway on Center Street. The driver was asked to move the vehicle.
October 9
A property dispute was reported on Center Street. 
October 10
A hit-and-run accident was reported by the owner of Jason’s Mexican Restaurant. Minor damage was caused to the vehicle.
Loose dogs were reported in the area of Garfield. A young girl was reportedly bitten by one of the dogs.
October 11
A key was found on Center Street.
A phone was turned in at the police department after being found.
A careless and imprudent driver was reported on U.S. Highway 60/63.
A lift assist was needed for a female subject on State Route P. Assistance was provided by EMS.
A domestic disturbance was reported on North Grand. An intoxicated male was removed from the residence.
October 12
A disturbance was reported at a business on East Main. The involved parties agreed to stop arguing.
A woman reported that a neighbor’s dog was acting aggressively toward her on State Route DD.
October 13
A female subject brought a toolbox to the police department, stating that someone had put it in her vehicle and would not take it out. 
A subject was reportedly lying in the middle of the road on County Road 1270. The subject was not found.
Ozarks Healthcare reported that they had a patient in critical condition and needed to contact a family member. Contact was made with the patient’s son.
A caller reported that their dog had gotten loose. Animal control located the dog.
October 14
A property dispute was reported on North Grand.
A male subject was trespassed from McDonald’s. The man was given a courtesy ride to West Plains.
October 15
A possible stroke patient was reported on State Route 76. The patient was taken by Air Evac to Cox in Springfield.
A suspicious subject was reported in the area of Center Street. The subject was not located.
A domestic disturbance was reported on North Center Street. Contact was made with the occupants of the residence who stated that they had not been fighting.
Snappy Mart requested a male subject be trespassed from the store. The subject was taken into custody on a warrant from the West Plains Police Department.
A possible downed electric line was reported on Jason Drive. The line was determined to be an old cable television line.
October 16
An abandoned vehicle was reported on Ferguson.
A dog reportedly escaped from a yard on North Grand.
A female subject reported being assaulted near the water tower by Snappy Mart. After an investigation and inconsistencies in the woman’s account, the woman decided to not press charges against a male subject that had been reported as being her assailant. The woman did not display any injuries.
October 17
A burglar alarm was activated at First Baptist Church. The building was checked and secured.
A report was received that a juvenile male stated to his mother that he was going to fight another male subject at Booster Field. Contact was made with the juvenile, and he was sent back to his mother.
Items were reported stolen from Waggoner Home Center. The suspect’s girlfriend later returned the items.
Property that had been found at Booster Field was turned in to the police department.
A male subject was arrested for driving while suspended during a traffic stop on Main Street. The driver was also cited for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
October 18
A resident came to the police department to report a fraud. The male subject reported that someone had attempted to withdraw money from his account on multiple occasions.
October 19
A domestic disturbance was reported between two male subjects on East Sixth Street. One subject was taken to the hospital by EMS and then placed on a hold for assault on a special victim. The other subject was taken to Ozarks Healthcare by his caretaker.
