Officer Barnhouse took a report of a hit and run accident on US 60, near Pine Grove Rd. An investigation will continue while looking for the other vehicle involved.
Sgt. Hocking took a report of property damage on Bray Drive.
April 17
Officer Ryan McGinnis conducted security checks of local businesses. 
Sgt. Hocking took a report of theft from Snappy Mart after an individual left their wallet inside. His investigation identified a suspect and current charges for stealing will be forwarded.
Officers McGinnis and Barnhouse processed an individual with an outstanding warrant for Missouri State Highway Patrol.
April 18
Officer Clark conducted security checks of local businesses.
Officers McGinnis and Cunningham conducted a traffic stop and during the roadside investigation, discovered the driver had a suspended license.
Sgt. Hocking conducted a traffic stop, and his investigation found a subject as a non-U.S. citizen without lawful immigration status.
Officer McGinnis investigated a report of stealing on East Valley Street. 
April 19
Officer Clark conducted security checks of local businesses.
Officer Cunningham conducted a requested wellbeing check on East Main St. 
April 20
Officer Clark conducted security checks of local businesses.
Lt. Zeller took a report of property damage at Yarber Mortuary. He found extensive damage to their sign. 
Lt. Zeller conducted a requested wellbeing check on Grand St. 
Lt. Zeller responded to North Ferguson for a verbal disturbance. 
Lt. Zeller responded to West Main St for a domestic altercation. 
Officer McGinnis investigated a drug offense on Welch Drive. 
April 21
Officer Cunningham conducted security checks of local businesses. 
Officers McGinnis and Lt Zeller responded to a property damage call on East Valley Street. 
Officer McGinnis and Lt Zeller responded to a verbal domestic. They assisted in resolving the issue without incident.
Officer McGinnis responded to Short St for a domestic altercation.
Lt. Zeller investigated a report of trespassing on East Main St. 
April 22
Officer Cunningham conducted security checks of local businesses.
Sgt. Hocking received a call from West Plains Bank stating an individual cashed a fraudulent check. After receiving investigative Information, they located the suspect in the lobby of the Howell County Sheriff’s Office. The subject is currently on a 24-hour hold for pending charges.
Officer McGinnis assisted EMS with a medical call.
Officer Barnhouse conducted a requested wellbeing check on East Main St. 
 
For the week officers: investigated three reports of suspicious circumstances, two animal calls, conducted two area checks, assisted two motorists, responded to two juvenile issues, conducted four miscellaneous administration duties, spoke with nineteen individuals requesting or giving officers information, returned requested contact with seven individuals, spoke with four people in the police department, and issued twenty-five traffic warnings.
