Calls for Service 
June 11
A resident on West Third reported that the shop building behind his home was burglarized. The man stated that he suspected his nephew of taking the numerous items that had been stolen, as his son’s home had also been burglarized. The suspect had already been taken into custody for the burglary at the man’s son’s home. 
A dispatcher from a trucking company called for a well-being check on a driver that had been parked at Love’s for seven hours. Contact was made with the driver, who was fine. 
A resident on Park Street reported that her neighbors were fighting outside. The woman stated that the fighting occurs often. 
A man reported his daughter missing after summer school. The girl’s boyfriend relayed information of the girl’s whereabouts to police, who then contacted the girl’s father. 
Three juveniles were reported throwing rocks at a house on Springfield Road. Damage was photographed and a statement was completed. The juveniles were unable to be located. 
June 12
A member of the Children’s Division was escorted to a home on Hill Street to discuss a situation. 
Assistance was provided to the fire department at a home on North Center. 
A suspicious vehicle was reported at the Saddle Club on East Valley. Other vehicles were located at the scene, and it appeared that an event was taking place. 
A female subject inquired about evictions.

A disturbance was reported at apartments on State Route 76. A male subject was given a ride from the scene. 
A suspicious subject was reported at apartments on State Route 76. The subject was gone on arrival. 
June 14
A female with dementia issues was reported on North Grand. Mountain View EMS responded and took the female to the hospital. 
A female caller reported hearing someone in the creek behind Booster Field. No one was located at the scene. 
A disturbance was reported on Corn Avenue. The party causing the disturbance reportedly left the scene when they learned that the police had been contacted. 
A suspicious vehicle was reported on Welch Drive. The vehicle was gone on arrival. 
A fire was reported in a culvert on North Walnut. Fire personnel responded to the scene. 
Douglas County officials requested a check on residents living at a house on Center Street. No contact was made with the subjects in question. 
A lost wallet was returned to its rightful owner. 
June 15
A male subject requested an officer be present while he removed his possessions from his ex-girlfriend’s house. 
A male subject reported that he continues to be contacted by someone he has an ex parte against. The man was advised to fill out a report and include a copy of the ex parte. 
June 16
A vehicle was observed at Jasper Engines after hours. The driver of the vehicle was confirmed to be an employee.
