Bears fighting through season

The Willow Springs Bears Varsity Baseball sits 4-9 on the season. The season began at Mansfield on March 15 as the team took their first loss 2-12. Next up the Bears competed at the Cabool Spring Classic March 18-21 where they defeated Norwood 3-2, Defeated Winona 12-0 and lost to the host team Cabool 3-5. The next three matches were losses for the Bears as they fell to Van Buren 3-7, Norwood 0-6 and Liberty 3-6. The Bears hosted Thayer where they won 8-6 before competing at the Hartville Baseball Tournament on April 4-6. The Bears lost to Gainesville 3-13, defeated Norwood 9-8 and lost to Conway 5-14. Traveling to Salem on April 9 the Bears were defeated 0-5 and then traveling to Logan-Rogersville on April 12 where the Bears suffered another loss 0-10.

Next up for the Bears is Mountain Grove on April 15, Cabool on April 18, Houston on April 22, Hartville April 23 and Ava April 24.
