District hardware for Liberty golf

Liberty Spring sports are slowly winding down. The Lady Eagles softball team ended their District run with a tough loss to Willow Springs 11-13. The Liberty golf team made a strong showing in District competition. Owen Roberts placed third, Dayne Dewick fifth, and Ashton Stanley eighth, securing another District Championship for the Liberty Eagles.
Liberty Baseball played their last home game and last regular season game against the Ellington Whippets. The team honored their senior players, Jaden Anderson, Kal Acklin, Noah Hendricks, Lucas Frazier, and Hoyt Layman. The varsity Eagles fell to the Whippets 1-4. They enter the District Tournament on Monday.
