End of the road of Bears baseball

Last week, the varsity Bears baseball team notched two wins in their final games of the regular season before falling in the first round of District play. At Eminence on Monday, the Bear shut out the Redwings with a 12-0 win.
For their make-up game in Cabool on Tuesday, the Bears walked away victorious again with a 6-2 win over the Bulldogs.
Moving on to district play, the Bears squared off against the Springfield Catholic Fighting Irish. The Bears came up short against the parochial school, losing 4-2. The 2023 season record is 12-11.
