Lady Bears Win Some, Lose Some at Cabool Jamboree

Both the varsity and junior varsity volleyball teams from Willow Springs High School went to Cabool to play in a Jamboree on August 25. The jamboree was played to 15 with varsity playing one set and JV playing one set, said Coach Christina Collins.
The Varsity Lady Bears played Licking first, but fell short with the score of 15 to 8. The Lady Bears came up with a big win over Houston, beating them 15 to 6 but fell short against Cabool with a final score of 15 to 17.
The JV played a close game against Licking, losing 15-13 and then won their sets against both Houston and Cabool.
