Mountain View Rotary Club Golf Tournament Results

The Rotary Club of Mountain Hosted its 20th annual fundraising tournament at Mountain View Golf Course on August 8. Proceeds from the event benefit philanthropic projects such as Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, local food deficiencies, food pantries, and school supply drives. 

At the tournament, the Million Dollar Shootout Qualifier was Buddy Seibert, who received a cash prize and a cooler.

Winning teams were: Championship/1st-Haynes, White, Land, 2nd-Smith, Williams, Chowning, 3rd-Haynes, B. Altermatt, B. Altermatt--A Flight/1st-Jungferman, Strong, Reese, 2nd-Price, Argabright, Beltz, 3rd-Stevenson, Tharp, McClellan--B Flight/1st-Taylor, Price, Argabright, 2nd-Thomure, Nicholson, Smotherman, 3rd-Jungferman, Reese, McClellan.

The 19th Annual Tournament netted approximately $4,000.00 thanks to local sponsors, many of whom have supported the tournament for all 19 years.
