West Plains Chamber of Commerce Awards

Judy Ingalsbe was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her service to the West Plains area through civic and charitable work, leadership, and career accomplishments.

Büro won the Business of the Year Award for making a “huge, positive impact” on the community.

The Howell County Health Department was awarded the Civic Organization of the Year Award for their dedication to promoting and protecting the health of Howell County.

GOCAT Facility Team was presented with the Educator of the Year Award for their commitment to educational excellence within the lives of students, fellow faculty members, and our community.

Tourism Director Melissa Wharton was awarded a Special Chairman’s Award for her outstanding performance in promoting tourism in the Ozarks.

Ozarks Healthcare was awarded the Citizen of the Year award for their tireless commitment to serving the community during throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Carol Silvey was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year Award for philanthropic efforts that towards the betterment of West Plains.

Ozarks Small Business Incubator was presented with a Special Chairman’s Award for fostering the growth and development of small businesses by providing mentorship, networking, office space, technical services, and loans.

Sugar Lily Bakery & Floral received the Customer Service Award for their support of local emergency responders and the community as a whole.

Joanne White was presented with the Honorary Member for Life Award for her many years of dedication to the West Plains Chamber of Commerce, its members, and its greater cause.

The awards ceremony of the West Plains Chamber of Commerce took place at the West Plains Civic Center on January 20. This annual event is held to recognize the outstanding individuals and businesses that strive to continue the growth and success of the West Plains area.
