Free Lenten luncheons

The community is invited to the free Ministerial Alliance Lenten Luncheons in the Fellowship Hall at the Willow Springs Wesley Methodist Church, located at 311 North Harris Street. The luncheons will be held from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. each Wednesday through the week before Easter. The lunches are hosted by several Willow Springs churches and each church will serve soups, sandwiches, and desserts in the Fellowship Hall of the Willow Springs Wesley Methodist Church. A devotional will also be shared. The first lunch was held on February 25 with the Willow Springs Wesley Methodist Church hosting. The following dates and churches hosting lunch are: March 4 – St. Paul Lutheran Church, March 11 – First Baptist Church, March 18 – Sacred Heart Catholic Church, March 25 – Westside Family Life Church, April 1 – First General Baptist Church.

 

Lunches are free. Donations to the Ministerial Alliance are welcomed. Please join to worship our Lord Jesus Christ during the Lenten Season.
