Food Truck Comes to Willow Springs

Jason’s Mexican Restaurant set up a food truck in the parking lot of Grace 365 Mercantile at the corner of E. Main and N. Walnut for the first time on October 28. Owner Jose Mediola operates a permanent location based in Alton. Though the details remain unsettled, Mediola says he plans to bring his food truck to Willow Springs Wednesdays through Sundays as long as there is interest. For now, the restaurant accepts cash only.
