Howell County Commission Agendas

The Howell County Commission met on March 3 and 7. 
On March 3, the commission reviewed and signed a letter in cooperation with St. Francois County in the purchasing of soft-match credit for an upcoming bridge project. They reviewed and approved the 2021 Financial Statement Publication. They also reviewed and signed a letter of support for the four-lane US Highway 63 from the state line at Thayer to Rolla junction point. 
On March 7, the commission reviewed the February 2022 General Ledger Report. They were scheduled to approve Commission Order 2022-O4 Abatement and Additions of Tax Assessment for January 2022. They were also scheduled to meet with a MODOT representative to review and sign a quit claim deed for the Business Route 63 project.
Agendas regularly include approving any accounts payable and recognizing any guests who appear. 
Your Howell County commissioners are Presiding Commissioner Mark Collins, Northern Commissioner Calvin Wood, and Southern Commissioner Billy Sexton. The commission meets in regular session on Mondays and Thursdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The meetings remain open during the lunch hour and are open to the public.
