Overlay on Welch Dr. Delayed

According to a statement published by the City of Willow Springs, equipment failure will delay an ongoing overlay project on Welch Dr. 

“In the process of overlay...the grader broke a tie rod and crews were unable to complete the job. Crews are doing their best with the situation to spread it out and open the street back up. Once parts come in and equipment repairs are made, crews will be back on Welch Drive to attempt an overlay again,” reads the statement. The City requests patience and understanding until the equipment can be repaired.
